For our Fleet Support Centre in Antwerp (Belgium), we are looking for support at the earliest date:


MANAGER SERVICE


Your job

The Manager Service coordinates a centralized service approach towards our clients from our Fleet Support Centre in Antwerp (Belgium).


In this role you will focus on the following key tasks and responsibilities:

  • The daily co-ordination of the service management activities
  • Ensures that the service management complies with Kotug Smit principles, policies, rules and procedures
  • Defines, reviews, communicates and commits to the Kotug Smit HSE-Q Policy
  • Provides general supervision on the execution and fulfilment of Service/ Operational Level Agreement with clients
  • Monitors the service support budgets
  • Monitors planning in close cooperation with Manager Projects and Fleet Technical Director
  • Approve service management plans in cooperation with Manager Projects, Fleet Support Desk & Planning Manager and Fleet Technical Director
  • Actively manage and supports Field Services Engineers, Fleet Support Desk & Planning
  • Liaises with the other managers on company policies
  • Supporter and together with the Fleet Technical Director and Manager Projects co-owner of the Project & Service Management process
  • Member of the Emergency Response and Management Team


Your profile

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:

  • Higher Maritime Education
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Preferred seagoing or closely related experience
  • Academic level
  • Good communication skills in English and Dutch (verbal and written) and good command of computer and MS Office software
